About the role
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Create and deliver engaging, accessible and outcome-focused blended learning solutions, including digital learning (e.g. e-learning), as well as online and face-to-face programmes for a wide range of audiences.
- Play a key role in designing and delivering employee and manager induction, and development pathways.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Talent and Development Team, wider HR services, and organisational stakeholders to continuously improve the learning experience whilst meeting organisational needs.
- Support the design and delivery of ILM Leadership qualifications and Coaching & Mentoring programmes (up to Level 5).
- Create innovative, bespoke learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and digital resources by using programmes such as Canva, Articulate 360, Vyond, Biteable, etc.
- Facilitate engaging online and in-person learning events that meet the needs of our customers.
- Contribute to the day-to-day management and enhancement of our Learning Management System (LMS) and the building of an in-house learning library.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of learning projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and strong alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Using learner feedback and data insights to evaluate impact and continuously refine and enhance learning solutions.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An excellent communicator, able to adapt tone, style and approach for different audiences.
- A confident and engaging facilitator, with the ability to deliver high-quality learning both online and face-to-face.
- Experienced in digital content design using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Biteable, Vyond, etc. and other digital design programmes such as Canva.
- Experienced in designing and delivering dynamic, learner-focused experiences, ideally in management development programmes.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a positive approach to change and challenge.
- Organised and self-motivated, able to manage priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Experienced in workplace coaching, with a relevant qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Able to travel across Lincolnshire when required (full UK driving licence essential).
