We are a thriving and successful Infant School in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, renowned for our strong community links and nurturing ethos. We take great pride in the exceptional relationships we foster with our children and families and are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Midday Supervisor to lead our lunchtime team in providing a safe, enjoyable and enriching experience for all children.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys leading and managing a team
• Will act as a role model for other staff
• Works well in busy environments and remains calm
• Is reliable and conscientious
• Has empathy with children and communicates well with them
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
• Has the ability to promote high standards of behaviour
• Friendly with a good sense of humour
• Can foster happy, safe play for all children
