Senior Neighbourhood and Compliance Officer

£38,000 – £41,000 (depending on experience) + health cash plan, life assurance, generous holidays, car and cycle to work scheme

Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident-led housing organisation located within Hackney, east London and now looking for talented and ambitious individuals.

Having already made significant changes to the quality, levels of delivery and satisfaction for residents over the last three years further improvements are now planned to develop services even further.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic neighbourhood engagement professional to join our housing services team. The individual will need to demonstrate good customer service experience which will help enhance our wider team.

High on the list of achievements we are looking for in the successful candidate will be good leadership skills as well as good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills coupled with a high level of ‘taking the initiative’.

Equally important will be the need to have an approachable and engaging manner with a passion for excellent customer service. You will set new standards on quality and delivery with the ability to demonstrate practical solutions. The challenge is significant, but so are the rewards.

You will be supported by a small but dedicated senior management team with the experience and ambition to help match your career aspirations.
