As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will lead and inspire during night shifts, ensuring that the people using our receive the highest quality of care. You will work flexibly across a seven-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays. This role is vital in providing safety, support, and comfort to the people using the service during the night.

In this rewarding position, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading with Care: Provide compassionate support and guidance to colleagues and service users.
  
• Crisis Management: Respond calmly to emergencies and escalate concerns to the on-call manager.
  
• Care Planning: Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and Mental Capacity Act assessments.
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records and administer medication as required.
  
• Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance activities and identify areas for service improvement.
  
• Team Development: Mentor and guide colleagues to ensure safe, person-centred care.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience: At least two years of social care experience.
  
• Education: Level 2 in English and Maths; willingness to complete the Care Certificate and Diploma Level 3 in Care.
  
• Knowledge: Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant legislation in adult social care.
