    The London Borough of Brent is looking for is looking for a talented Senior Contracts Manager with a successful proven track record, ideally within parking sector. The postholder will be responsible to lead and manage our parking services, which include the client team, notice processing team, and the delivery of parking improvement projects.

    Responsible for the effective management of contracts, including, Parking and Traffic Enforcement contract, Cashless Parking and Permit contract, and CCTV enforcement contract along with IT systems and Enforcement Agents for debt recovery, you will have a strong focus on efficiencies, improving the customer experience and continuous improvement.

    The Person

    As the councils lead in parking services, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop excellent relationships with partners, elected members, and key stakeholders

    An excellent knowledge of legislation, parking policy, parking and traffic enforcement operations, and administrative functions, along with procurement and strong commercial and financial management skills, are essential to the role.
