Salary: Starting from £76,034 per annum (London weighted salary) or £66,380 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
Grade: 12
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Business Improvement and Change Team at L&Q:As we embark on a 3 year roadmap for the next phase of our Transformation and Change journey at L&Q, we are looking for a new senior leader to join our team as a Senior Programme Manager. They will provide oversight, co-ordination and leadership for one or more programmes within the organisation’s transformation and change portfolio. They are responsible for ensuring that delivery is well-governed, resourced and aligned with organisational priorities. They will lead projects or programmes in a coordinated, high-quality and timely manner ensuring progress is clearly communicated, business objectives are achieved and business benefits are realised. This role will sit within Strategy, Planning and Change and report to the Head of Business Improvement and Change. The role will require the ability to collaborate at all levels to ensure successful shared outcomes, the ability to influence and deliver through others, the ability to work in a complex, dynamic setting and to remain agile and responsive, and excellent problem-solving capabilities, are all critical experiences and skills we seek in the role holder.If this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply!
Your impact in the role:
- Leadership: Experienced in leading direct and indirect reports, enabling high performance to achieve successful outcomes. Strong track record of delivering results through others.
- Programme & Project Delivery: Extensive experience in managing full project and programme lifecycles within complex, organisation-wide transformation initiatives. Skilled in coordinating interdependent projects, managing resources, budgets, and capabilities, and mitigating risks to ensure objectives are met.
- Supplier Management: Proven in overseeing third-party partners and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met and value for money achieved.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Highly adept at building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Matrix & Multi-disciplinary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a matrix environment.
