Your impact in the role:
- You will have previously managed large, complex projects or programmes and will be able to lead projects while supporting the wider team, including direct line management duties.
- You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the tenacity to keep projects well governed, on track, and supported by clear, transparent decision-making. This will include working across all layers of the organisation up to and including Executive.
- You will be able to develop and manage projects and / or programmes with a clearly defined scope, deliverables, budget, and business case, taking them from inception through to implementation and helping move L&Q towards its new operating model.
What you'll bring:
- Experience project / programme manager, and experience in managing and developing other project managers.
- Skills and experience in running large and / or complex projects and / or Programmes including establishing project / programme structure, planning, reporting and closure
- Setting up and assurance Programme governance.
- Skills and experience in business case management, budgets, benefits and performance and analysis.
- Skills and experience with stakeholder management, change management, and communication.
