About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Property Support Officer to join our Housing Maintenance and Development Team. This role supports the effective management of the Council’s supply chain, financial transactions, and IT systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance and repair services to our housing stock.
You will work closely with the Business and Supply Team Leader, deputising when required.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement, distribution, and financial processing of materials and services.
- Assist with the management of IT systems for housing repairs, including system administration and data integrity.
- Prepare performance and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and ensure service quality.
- Process disrepair claims and manage end-of-year financial reconciliations.
- Lead on issuing and tracking IT assets for the Housing Maintenance and Development Team.
- Analyse tenant satisfaction surveys and compile actionable reports.
- Provide HR support and deputise for the Team Leader in meetings and operational duties.

Salary range
- £31,537 - £32,597 per year
