Join our Commercial Team at L&Q:
- We are seeking a Commercial Lead to oversee a mixed‑tenure RC Frame contract in London. This is a key position within a growing delivery team and offers the chance to play a major part in shaping the success of new schemes.
- Following several recently secured projects, InHouse Build is expanding its Commercial Team to support the successful delivery of upcoming schemes. This role will help strengthen our commercial capability as we move into a new phase of growth and project execution.
- The role reports directly to the Managing Surveyor and works collaboratively with the Operations, Commercial, and Design & Technical Teams, all operating on-site to drive coordinated project delivery

Your impact in the role:
- Undertaking all Commercial Duties on the Projects, including Cost Reporting, Procurement, Sub-contract Administration to Final Account, robust Change Control, managing and mentoring the site based Commercial Team
- Developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Degree or HNC level in a related discipline or equivalent experience. CSCS card
- Strong analytical skills - must be highly numerate Demonstrable collaboration, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills Proven experience within as a Commercial Lead
- Strong prioritisation and co-ordination skills and the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
