Senior Support Worker - Fletcher Way (Hemel Hempstead)

We have an opportunityfor a full time (37.5 hours) Senior Support Worker at our supported living service, Fletcher Way, in Hemel Hempstead.

Fletcher Way is a purpose-built supported living environment for adults with physical and learning disabilities. Our aim is to offer the residents the support that they need in a setting where they can live independently in their own home.

About you:

We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, who brings a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive.

You will also need to:

• Communicate effectively and adapt to different needs and preferences
• Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
• Work well as part of a team and independently
• Be committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred care
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work which includes business insurance

The typical shift patterns are as follows:

• 9am-5pm admin days
• A mix of early or late 8-hour shifts on the floor
• Typically, one weekend on, and one weekend off

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
