Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all. The team work closely together to provide innovative solutions to the service vision where every member of the team contributes to this vision. This role is a key part of the team to deliver the high-quality, cost-effective service and to find ways to continually develop.

    What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Technical Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our corporate and community buildings are fully statutory compliant and functional. You will lead on innovative and cost-effective approaches to planned preventative maintenance, repairs and health and safety, working closely with our in-house engineering team and specialist M&E contractors to ensure our facilities are always operating in accordance with associated legal legislation, efficiently and effectively. This role is central to the delivery of our facilities management service across the corporate and community estate—part of a wider portfolio of traded services—where your expertise will help shape environments that support both staff and community needs. If you are passionate about making buildings work better for people and the planet, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
