We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational Senior Trust Primary Quality of Education Lead to work across Sir William Burrough Primary School and St Paul’s Way Primary School. This is a high-profile leadership position with the opportunity to shape teaching and learning across multiple schools.
The postholder will set the standard for outstanding Quality of Education leadership and will play a pivotal role in raising achievement, strengthening curriculum implementation and ensuring excellence in every classroom.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, design and implement strategies to raise achievement and strengthen curriculum quality across our Primary schools
- Conduct departmental and subject reviews to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Provide expert coaching, mentoring and professional development for teachers and trainees
- Lead subject-specific and curriculum-focused training aligned with Trust priorities
- Build and sustain a strong network of curriculum leaders and teachers across the Trust
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of curriculum and pedagogy initiatives
- Work closely with Trust senior leaders to support strategic development and school improvement
