What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved
Join a dedicated team supporting social workers who make a difference every day in a fast-paced, emotionally complex environment. This role is all about providing outstanding frontline support over the phone, in person, and behind the scenes where your communication skills, discretion, and initiative will truly shine. You'll help improve processes, manage sensitive information, and navigate systems and legislation to keep services running smoothly for children, young people, and their families. It's a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in excellent service, and is ready to be a calm, capable presence at the heart of a busy team.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS. Please note Camden also offers the DBS update service.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity its essential the successful candidate is educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Maths and English), and/or have an NVQ3 in Business Administration or similar.
This role needs someone confident working in a busy service environment, ideally with experience in child and family services, who can stay organised, manage sensitive information professionally, and liaise effectively with colleagues across different organisations. Strong admin skills are essential, especially using systems to handle financial or statistical data. You’ll also need to be comfortable taking accurate minutes, or willing to learn, and apply clear communication and sound judgement in a fast-moving, confidential setting.
