Are you passionate about helping adults with learning disabilities and autism live safe, healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Learning Disabilities and Autism Service, delivering high-quality, person-centred support, and achieving the best outcomes for residents.

You will provide strong operational leadership, working closely with our 0–25 Service, commissioning colleagues and partners to develop effective pathways and ensure safe transitions into adulthood. You will champion excellent practice, safeguarding, co-production and continuous improvement.

In return, you will join an ambitious and supportive Adult Social Care leadership team, working alongside experienced Heads of Service and System Directors who are committed to delivering excellent services.
