Service Support Officer

Job Introduction

We are looking for an exceptional person to work with as a Service Support officer in our Contact Centre. Our Contact Centre are the point of contact for all our customers across the Solihull area, you will be part of our team helping deliver an excellent customer service as well as supporting the team to achieve our key performance targets. You will be delivering training and development to new and existing staff as well as working with all areas of our business in response to service changes and continuous improvements. You will support and guide us through our ongoing journey of transformation. It’s a challenging but rewarding environment and this role will play a key part in ensuring customer excellence.
