About the role
This role will manage the delivery of services for people with primary breast cancer. You will be responsible for implementing business plans, maximising access and take-up of services, and ensuring high quality delivery. You will manage the work of a team of Breast Cancer Now staff and contracted facilitators based across the UK. Current services include Moving Forward in-person and online services, and our Speakers Live service.
About you
You care that people with breast cancer are supported to live well.
You’ll be experienced in managing people (including dispersed staff), you’ll have the confidence and skills to lead and drive forward growth. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with others and can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, both orally and in writing. You’ll have experience of managing support services and implementing protocols and processes, striving to implement and maintain the highest standards.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
