We are currently seeking to expand our welcoming, flexible and centered team by recruiting passionate professionals looking to contribute towards positive outcomes for the young people accessing our alternative provision. We are hiring multiple candidates on an ongoing and continual basis for those looking for work in Worksop, Ollerton and Retford areas. Additionally, we are also recruiting tutors who are willing to to commute to the Nottingham City area. We also welcome those who are based in surrounding Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas to apply. Both part-time and full-time (30 hours per week) work is available.

At FAB Learning we pride ourselves in creating flexible educational programmes which are personalised to the individual, whether that’s re-engaging a young person with education or gaining specific skills. Our services extend to providing support for children and young people who face challenges such as potential permanent exclusion, significant attendance issues, or vulnerability associated with special educational needs. We welcome professionals who have worked in a variety of backgrounds and who share our ethos to apply for this role.

Successful candidates will be offered either a choice of salaried (contracted) work or self-employed work through FAB Learning. We offer competitive rates of pay including up to £30 per hour for 1:1 work and up to £42 per hour for group work for tutors who choose to be self-employed.

For those looking to be permanently employed in the tutoring role, we offer £29,960 per annum for full time work, or a salary adjusted to £16 per hour for those carrying out part time work. Contracted employees also receive pay over holiday and closure periods, mileage reimbursement and pension contributions.
