  • Plan, organise and deliver a variety of engaging, age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, construction and other creative opportunities.
  • Prepare and serve light, healthy snacks and refreshments, following food hygiene requirements and taking account of children's dietary needs and allergies.
  • Create an organised, stimulating environment where children can relax, play and socialise.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers, promoting excellent behaviour and wellbeing.
  • Ensure children are appropriately supervised at all times, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure children are safely collected by authorised adults.
  • Organise and maintain resources, ensuring the room is tidy, well equipped and ready for use.
  • Work collaboratively with the school sports coach and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the overall provision.

About you
