Why join us?
- You will join a welcoming, experienced and supportive team, with regular supervision, peer support, appraisal, team meetings and access to learning and CPD opportunities.

We support people across North Devon’s towns, villages, rural communities and coastline. We work closely with NHS colleagues, other social care teams, district councils, housing providers and equipment services to provide a coordinated and holistic service. The team includes Social Care Assessors, Band 5 and Band 6 Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy apprentices, all committed to supporting one another and sharing knowledge. Assessments are completed by telephone, virtually and face to face in the person’s own home.

- We offer 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, rising incrementally to 31 days after 5 years’ service.
- Flexible working opportunities may include part-time hours, flexitime and hybrid working, subject to the needs of the role. Please discuss this with us at interview.

- North Devon is a fantastic place to live and work, with welcoming communities and some of the most beautiful coast and countryside in the UK.
