Salary: In addition to the salary quoted, this role attracts a one-off Welcome Payment of £5,000 subject to terms and conditions. Please see attached Welcome Payment T&Cs for details.

About the team...

The Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism is a vibrant, collaborative team with a shared ethos of compassion, inclusion, and excellence. We pride ourselves on our positive team dynamic and a culture of mutual support. Working closely with colleagues across the wider service, we draw on a wealth of specialist knowledge to provide the best possible support to the individuals we serve.

Key responsibilities...

You will hold a case load of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and will be required to fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service. The post involves assessment, support planning and review, direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and or Autism as well as general case management duties.

You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.
