    • Management of minor maintenance, porterage, reception, and building support services
    • Ensuring buildings provide a safe, well-maintained, positive working environment
    • Budget management

This is a highly visible role requiring strong relationship management, operational leadership, and an ability to deliver high-quality services consistently across multiple sites.

    About You

    • Strong experience in facilities management, specifically soft FM services
    • Proven contract management and supplier performance monitoring experience
    • Good understanding of health and safety, building compliance, and environmental standards
    • Excellent leadership and contract management skills
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
    • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, customer-focused services
    • Ability to work across multiple sites, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality services
    • Confidence in managing budgets, suppliers, and operational teams.
