About Us
Glebe Primary School wishes to appoint a new Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo)to our team, to provide strategic leadership for inclusion across the school, ensuring that all pupils, particularly those with SEND and EHCPs, receive high-quality, personalised support. The SENCO will lead the SEND and pastoral teams, manage our newly established additional provision, The Orchard, which operates each afternoon, and work closely with external agencies and the Local Authority to ensure effective provision and positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.
Alongside a strong team of Learning Support Assistants and pastoral staff, the SENCo will work to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils but particularly for those on the SEND register.

Working Pattern: 3-5 days, Monday to Friday
