We’re looking for a Specialist Housing Coordinator to join our team and help deliver high-quality, customer-focused support to our Specialist Housing Officers. You’ll be the central point of contact for vulnerable Care and Support customers, helping them navigate tenancy-related queries and ensuring they feel safe, supported, and empowered in their homes. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work flexibly across a diverse property portfolio, coordinating resources, maintaining accurate tenancy records, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to helping our customers sustain their tenancies and thrive in their communities.

What you'll do

Day to day, you’ll be the go-to person for housing-related enquiries, resolving queries and escalating complex issues where needed. You’ll maintain tenancy records to a high standard, support void and empty property management, and coordinate contractors to ensure properties are let efficiently and to a decent homes standard. You’ll implement health and safety procedures, manage fire risk assessments, and create CRM cases to support safe and timely resolution of customer issues. You’ll also assist tenants with repairs, service charges, and anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring all actions are in line with policy and best practice.

What you'll need

  • Experience working in housing, estate management, or a customer service environment supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice within a Care and Support setting.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence in maintaining accurate records and interpreting straightforward data.
  • A proactive, empathetic approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This position will require you to be in our London Kings Cross office for a minimum of 1 day a week and an Enhanced DBS.
