Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) Teacher

Are you a passionate and ambitious teacher who believes every child deserves the opportunity to thrive?

Lime Tree Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled teacher to join our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while working as part of a highly supportive and experienced team.

Our SRP is a valued and integral part of our school community, providing specialist provision whilst ensuring children are fully included in all aspects of school life. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to inclusive education, understands the importance of positive relationships and personalised learning, and is passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential.

  • Has an attachment-aware and nurturing approach.

  • Is reflective, resilient and committed to continual professional development.

  • Wants to play an active role in school improvement and the wider life of the school.

Lime Tree School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a Children’s Barred List check, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). The role may also be subject to additional pre-employment checks including prohibition from teaching checks, online searches of publicly available information, qualification verification, right to work checks and satisfactory references.
