Our Education and Skills Service is looking for four experienced and passionate SEND practitioners to join Doncaster's Experts at Hand (EAH) and Local Inclusion Support Offer (LISO) teams as Specialist Teachers (Transitions).

These exciting new roles will lead and strengthen transition support for children and young people with SEND at key stages of their educational journey. Working across education, health, care and family services, you will help ensure children, young people and families experience successful, inclusive and well-planned transitions.

Each postholder will become the locality lead for a specific transition phase, providing specialist support, workforce development, coaching and system leadership across Doncaster's SEND and Inclusion system.
