Opening September 2026, Silver Linings Therapeutic School is a new specialist setting supporting pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs, trauma backgrounds and neurodiversity.
Located in NG16 6NA, our school offers a therapeutic, relationship-based approach to education, where learning is built on safety, connection and trust.

About the Role
Flexible options:
- 3 days per week/or
- Full time with HLTA responsibilities
Our specialist tutors play a crucial role in helping pupils rediscover confidence, creativity and practical life skills.
Many of our pupils engage best through hands-on, practical learning, so these subjects are central to our curriculum.
You will deliver engaging sessions that help pupils:
- build self-esteem
- learn real-world skills
- develop positive relationships
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds in:
- coaching
- creative industries
- digital or IT education
- hospitality or life skills education

Salary range
- £31,408 - £33,488 per year
