Join our Business Development Team at L&Q:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as Stakeholder Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of the Business Development Team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be working closely with our senior management team and across the Housing Management department to ensure our services are well-managed, compliant, and effectively communicated.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating meetings, managing inboxes and correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the bulk waste & parking processes. You’ll also contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of compliance related issues by assisting with data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

Your impact in the role:
- Support the delivery of Housing Operations’ (Heads of Service) objectives, including fire safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and colleagues’ enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all queries are resolved within agreed timescales.
- Arrange and monitor bulk waste removals, ensuring work is completed to agreed standards.
- Manage and administer estate-related contracts, ensuring compliance, value for money, and timely completion of works.
- Coordinate parking related processes including issuing parking permits and replacement fobs and liaising with residents and contractors as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within D365 and related systems.
What you'll bring:
- Organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of using Microsoft office packages is also essential
- Excellent technical administrative and co-ordination skills
- To act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders
- Will provide a customer centred, professional and competent approach to all tasks
- Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage different priorities whilst adhering to important deadlines
- Good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents
