Salary: £46,410 per annum to £50,671 per annum (London weighted salary)

Reporting Office: London, Stratford

Persona: Agile: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

• Leading strategic community and social impact projects

• Building strong partnerships across multiple sectors

• Delivering innovative initiatives that maximise social value

• Managing projects, contracts and funding streams

• Influencing stakeholders and driving collaborative working

• Helping shape how L&Q delivers community impact across our neighbourhoods

What you'll bring:

• Experience managing complex partnership or community projects

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Financial and project management experience

• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking

• Passion for social impact and community investment
