Salary: £46,410 per annum to £50,671 per annum (London weighted salary)

Persona: Agile: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Leading strategic community and social impact projects
Building strong partnerships across multiple sectors
Delivering innovative initiatives that maximise social value
Managing projects, contracts and funding streams
Influencing stakeholders and driving collaborative working
Helping shape how L&Q delivers community impact across our neighbourhoods
What you'll bring:
Experience managing complex partnership or community projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Financial and project management experience
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
Passion for social impact and community investment
