Strategy & Policy Advisor
Our Vacancy
Your typical day could start by designing and facilitating a workshop with colleagues and residents, bringing ideas together to shape how Peabody delivers its corporate strategy. Later you might be analysing external policy developments and spotting opportunities for innovation that can strengthen our approach. In the afternoon, you could be working closely with senior leaders, providing clear advice and guidance to ensure our strategies and policies are practical, evidence-based, and aligned with organisational goals.
As a Strategy & Policy Advisor you’ll be at the heart of Peabody’s ambition, helping us translate strategy into action. No two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our strategic plans are realistic, innovative and focused on outcomes, while making sure our policies are up to date, fair and reflect the needs of our residents and communities. With visibility across the organisation, and proximity to senior leadership, you’ll be making a real impact by shaping decisions that improve services and drive positive change.
You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives on turning complex challenges into practical solutions. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across Peabody, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and bring creativity and fresh thinking to the way we develop our strategies and policies.
This is a hybrid role so you’ll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
