
Studio Production Executive
Job summary
We are currently recruiting for a Studio Production Executive to work on a hybrid basis, two/three days from our HQ in Coventry and the remainder working remotely from home, Monday to Friday.
This key operational role supports the delivery of print and creative projects across the organisation, working closely with the Content and Creative team to ensure outputs are high quality, on brand and fit for purpose. The Studio Production Executive requires strong organisational and project management skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. We are looking for an individual with some relevant work experience, who is confident working with suppliers, comfortable managing detail-heavy projects and able to communicate clearly with both creative and non‑creative stakeholders.

Funded by a levy from over 100,000 British farmers, growers and processors in the beef, lamb, pork, dairy and cereals sectors, we support and champion farmers and processors, often where no one else can or will.
Job description
- Support the delivery of print materials for a range of campaigns, publications and events, including brochureware, point of sale materials and promotional goods
- Manage our framework printers to achieve best service and maintain quality levels
- Ensure compliance with British Library deposit requirements
- Provide support in the procurement of print and creative suppliers
- Support the senior creative manager in managing and assigning creative briefs to the team
- Assist with project management for the video team
- Support the senior content and creative managers with freelance (design and video) resource and equipment booking – including inventory management and financial tracking
- Contribute to reviews of specific creative, publication and print-related activities
- Monitor budgetary expenditure for specific projects and identify opportunities to improve processes or reduce costs
- Monitor project progress and provide additional support to the Content and Creative team
- Work across the team to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs and AHDB brand integrity
Person specification
- Reasonable practical experience, with knowledge of preparing specifications, tendering and procurement of printed media
- Ideally hold a relevant entry-level professional qualification in media production or a related discipline
- Knowledge of layout principles and print production processes
- Familiarity with video production processes and workflows
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
