Agile Worker: 20% - 40% ofcontractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybridworking)

Join our Asbestos and Water Compliance Team at L&Q:

This an opportunity to join a new asbestos team that will deliver the full range of asbestos services and work to the highest standards to keep our residents, colleagues and contractors safe.

This role will be leading the team of planners who will arrange and monitor asbestos surveys, removal works and air-testing. We are looking for someone who is experienced in planning and monitoring KPIs and who can join the team and have a real influence on how we do things.

This role will line manage two planners and report to the Supervisor in the operational side of the asbestos team.

Your impact in the role:

· Lead the asbestos operational team and ensure the efficient delivery of asbestos works

· Work with the wider organisation to achieve our goals and ensure repairs and works are completed safely and on time

· Ensure compliance with the asbestos legislation, guidance and L&Q’s asbestos policy

What you'll bring:

· Your experience of delivering high quality services and performance monitoring

· Your experience of managing and developing a busy and growing team

· Your ability to lead, manage and motivate others to deliver against defined objectives in a demanding stakeholder facing environment

· Your communication and influencing skills, organisational, time management and planning skills.
