Salary: Grade 4, £26,427 - £27,709 per annum. £13.69 - £14.36 per hour

37 hours per week

Your role:

As a Support Officer you will be key in maintaining good working relationships with clients, operational staff, Social Care staff, billing and debt recovery teams and other department within the council.

You will support operational staff from a financial perspective, ensuring clients are charged for the services they receive and service providers are paid for the service they provide.

You will support the efficient and smooth running of a busy office environment delivering a unique and demanding operational service, as well as support income generation by ensuring records are entered in a timely manner.

About you:

You must have experience of working in an office environment and have a knowledge and understanding of the services the council provide within Adult Health and Social Care.

You will have substantial skills and experience in using IT systems including Microsoft packages including excel.
