Position: Homelessness Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £25,857 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our compassionate team at Ardenham House, supporting people who are rough sleeping or experiencing homelessness. We create an inclusive, respectful environment where individuals feel empowered to rebuild their lives, secure long-term housing and move towards greater independence.

The Role

• Assess needs and create personalised support plans
• Promote independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
• Contribute to risk assessments and ongoing support plans
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and access opportunities while working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners

About You

You will have experience in care or support, communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds, and feel confident working both independently and comfortably alone, as the role involves a significant amount of lone working.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Shifts include weekends and bank holidays.
