Support Worker - Ashley Drive

Salary: £25,857 per annum
Location: Tylers Green, High Wycombe
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (sleep-ins required)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our registered care home at Ashley Drive, supporting six individuals with learning disabilities, including people who are non-verbal or have physical disabilities.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to help people live independent, fulfilling lives. Guided by compassion, inclusion and respect, you will:

• Provide personalised, tailored support
• Deliver personal care with dignity and sensitivity
• Encourage life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
• Prepare individualised support plans and risk assessments
• Empower individuals to achieve their goals and participate confidently in their community

About You

We are seeking someone who is:

• Caring, reliable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about helping others
• Able to communicate effectively and adapt your approach to different needs
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Committed to inclusion, equality, diversity, and person-centred care
• Experienced in a similar role
• Flexible to cover other shifts when required

For the right person, we would consider part time hours.

Due to the location, a driver’s licence is preferred as public transport links are limited.
