Position: Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £25,857 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our supportive team at Trinity Court Flats, providing independent living in self-contained homes for adults with learning disabilities. We work together to create a respectful, inclusive environment where every person feels understood, valued and empowered to live confidently.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Create and follow personalised support plans
• Promote daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
• Support with medication and provide personal care with dignity
• Contribute to risk assessments and management plans
• Help residents achieve personal goals
• Induct and mentor new staff as needed

About You

You have experience in the care or support sector and bring a positive, compassionate approach. You communicate well, adapt to different needs and work confidently both independently and collaboratively. Flexibility is essential, as shifts include weekends and bank holidays.
