Position: Support Worker
Location: Bushey, Watford
Salary: £13,425 per annum
Hours: Part-time (18.75 hours per week)

Are you passionate about empowering people to live independently? We are looking for a compassionate and reliable part time (18.75 hours per week) Support Worker to join our friendly team at Stainton Court, a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities.

You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting with medication
• Supporting with personal care
• Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessments

About You

Experience in care or support is essential, along with flexibility to work shifts including weekends. You will communicate effectively, work well in a team and independently, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
