What You'll Be Doing
An exciting new role within our Supported Pathways Service
Leading a team of Supported Pathway staff you will be overseeing the safe, smooth, daily running of our Supported Housing hostels.
You will play a key role in embedding and utilising psychologically informed practice within our hostels, ensuring that client centered key-working incorporates the principles of trauma informed care and the impacts of Adverse Childhood Experiences.
An integral part of your role will be to provide leadership and support to ensure excellent resident satisfaction and outcomes.
You will lead in creating an environment of positive possibility for residents and staff, an environment of reflective case management that assists all involved to develop and achieve personal growth.
What We're Looking For
You will have detailed knowledge of legislation and issues relating to the safeguarding of homeless vulnerable adults who have complex needs, a thorough knowledge of health and safety in relation to a supported housing setting and a high level of experience of risk assessment, key-working and support planning
You will lead a team of up to 10 staff, and oversee the performance of contractors on site.

This post required a enhanced DBS check.
This is a Frontline key-working position working with vulnerable adults, safeguarding requirements mean that a current DBS will be required, and Enhance employment checks will be carried out.
This post is Full Time, 36 hours a week.
Hours of operation are 8am to 8pm with changeable work patterns and locations of 8am-4pm and 12pm -8pm. Working outside of these hours may be required in an emergency.
