Are you an experienced and qualified Housing Repairs Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We’re building a brand-new team to lead and deliver essential works related to damp, mould, and disrepair in our housing stock—and we want you to be a part of it.

What you’ll do:
- Visit tenants’ homes to assess and accurately diagnose remedial works
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections of repair works to ensure high standards
- Collaborate with external surveyors on disrepair cases and produce detailed reports
- Deliver and plan damp, mould, and disrepair cases with a strong customer focus
- Monitor and manage performance to meet regulatory obligations
- Carry out general property surveys, schedules of dilapidation, and project briefs
- Prepare specifications, Bill of Quantities, and drawings
- Manage relevant contracts effectively
- Provide a high level of care and customer service to tenants
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering effective solutions for damp, mould, condensation, and disrepair
- Background in social housing or a similar environment
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Strong research and analytical skills
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
