We are recruiting a Swimming Tutor at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.
We pay an attractive salary of £14.36 per hour and offer access to training and development opportunities.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated swimming instructors to join our growing team. Hours worked are varied, including a large proportion of evening and weekend working and a degree of flexibility is required in these posts.
The instructors will be responsible for supervising, motivating and encouraging the health and wellbeing of the residents of Caerphilly County Borough.
All applicants must be customer orientated to ensure a high and consistent level of service provision that will encourage repeat business and be able to demonstrate their knowledge and enthusiasm in sport and recreation.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- An ASA, Swim Wales or STA Level 1or Level 2 Teaching Aquatics Qualification.
- An understanding of poolside safety adhering to current legislation.
- Experience of delivering swimming lessons as a swimming teacher.
