TA Level 2
We are looking to appoint:
A qualified TA2 who values all children and has experience of successfully supporting teachers to raise standards
A compassionate member of staff who has experience in the delivery of adaptive teaching for all groups of learners, particularly individuals with SEND.
An experienced TA who has used a range of positive behaviour strategies successfully and built excellent relationships based on mutual respect.
A team player who is committed to upholding the school’s ethos, reputation, values and vision.
A self-motivated and organised TA who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in partnership with the year group team, the school and all stakeholders.
A creative and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes.
A professional who is committed to the safeguarding of all pupils and has an understanding of the KCSIE documents.
