Fulltime, temporary for 12 months

The Governors of Hale CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspiring and suitably experienced Teacher for our new Nurture/Inclusion Group, working with children from across all Key Stages.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed practitioner to join our dedicated team and help establish a brand-new Nurture/Inclusion provision within our school. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive and enriching environment for children who require additional support — often beyond what can be offered within our Ordinarily Available Provision — or who need tailored strategies to access learning in the mainstream classroom.

This provision will primarily support pupils in the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, though some Key Stage 2 children may access aspects of the provision as appropriate.

We are particularly interested in receiving applications from experienced Teachers who:

• * Have a proven track record of supporting pupils with SEND in mainstream settings.
• * Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of the Nurture Principles.
• * Are committed to inclusion and passionate about helping every child succeed.
