Ty Sign Primary School – Teacher

Ty Sign Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, engaging and creative teacher to join the school’s team. The successful candidate will work with the existing Senior Leadership Team, teachers and teaching assistants at our friendly and inclusive school to develop and provide high quality teaching, learning and support for pupils.

Ty Sign Primary School is situated in the Risca Cluster and provides education for approx 430 pupils aged 3-11. The school has a thriving Nursery and also hosts the only primary SEBD specialist Resource Base for Caerphilly.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Evidence of successful relevant teaching experience.
  • Thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection processes and procedures.
  • The ability to carry out the duties of a class teacher as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, The Professional Standards Document, and the ‘Teacher’ job description.
