    Due to our exciting expansion, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join our brand-new Orchard Specialist Provision.

    The Orchard opened in September 2025 as a satellite of our well-established Rectory Specialist Provision for children with autism. It will provide a nurturing, structured environment for 32 children across four specialist classrooms. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something truly special from the very beginning.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Has a passion for teaching and learning
    • Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

    • Embraces creativity and innovation in the classroom

    · Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting children with autism to achieve their full potential.

    · Experienced (or eager to learn) in working with children with SEND, especially those with communication, sensory, and social needs.

    · A creative and reflective practitioner, who tailors learning to the needs of each individual child.

    · An excellent communicator who works collaboratively with support staff, families, and external professionals.

    · Positive, proactive, and ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of our pupils.
