Aylward Academy is seeking a creative educator to join our thriving Humanities Department. You will teach across a range of Humanities subjects, with a strong focus on Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that inspire students to explore the world around them and understand their place within it.

• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong subject knowledge in Humanities.
• You're passionate about teaching and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
• You have the ability to inspire students of all abilities and create a lifelong love of learning.

About Aylward Academy

Based in Edmonton, North London, Aylward Academy was established in September 2010 and is an 11-19 learning community with over 1,000 students on roll, including a thriving sixth form. Aylward is situated within a diverse and vibrant London community. Many of our students have English as an additional language, and a significant proportion are entitled to the Pupil Premium. The School is currently rated as GOOD by its last Ofsted inspection in July 2021.
