The Governors and senior leaders of Dee Point Primary School are excited about the opportunity to appoint a dynamic KS2 teacher who has the creativity, passion and ambition to continue to meet the needs of all children in a challenging context.

The role is for a Key Stage 2 teacher for September 2026. It is a temporary position for one year, with the view to extend, and is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTS.)

Visits to the school are strongly recommended and essential in order for candidates to fully appreciate the expectations and aspirations of our school community. The closing date is Monday 11th May at 12pm Shortlisting will take place on Tuesday 12th May Lesson Observations and interviews will take place on the 21st and 22nd of May

Our school community places the highest priority on keeping our children safe. Applicants for all posts will be subject to stringent vetting and induction processes. The holder of this post will be required to work with children under the age of 18 in a position of trust, and is, therefore, exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The successful candidate will be subject to the relevant checks and enhanced DBS.
