Reception Teacher – Kings Moat Community Primary School Opening September 2026 | Supported by The Sandstone Trust Are you an experienced Reception Teacher ready to help shape a brand-new school? Kings Moat Community Primary School is seeking a Reception Class Teacher to join our founding team and play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional learning environment for our learners. About the Role:- Full-time position (Main Scale or Upper Pay Scale)
- Not suitable for ECTs
- Start date: September 2026
- Initial Reception cohort: approx. 15 children in Reception, supported by a dedicated TA
- Sustained excellence in Early Years practice
- Minimum 4 years teaching experience, including at least 2 years in Reception
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning and care
- Leadership experience desirable – to help establish our new Pre-School and support the Headteacher in developing the school ethos and curriculum
- A collaborative, community-focused approach to integrate the school into Kings Moat Garden Village
- Be part of building a school from the ground up
- Work closely with the Founding Headteacher to shape vision, ethos, and curriculum
