Our vision is to ensure that every pupil, regardless of their individual needs, is supported to achieve their full potential.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join the team in the vibrant atmosphere within our EYFS, specifically in our Pre-school class. The successful candidate will be part of a job share and will work one day per week (day to be confirmed following interview). We are looking for a committed team player, ready to thrive in a role where collaboration and professional challenge go hand in hand.

The Role

As an EYFS Teacher in our Pre-School class, you will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, personalised learning experiences tailored to the needs of young children. You will work closely with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants, the wider EYFS teaching team, to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that enables all children to flourish.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate and resilient team player who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is about to receive it, with experience of working within the EYFS phase.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to adapt provision to meet individual learning needs.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Brings creativity, flexibility, and innovation to their teaching practice, with a deep commitment to inclusion and personalised learning.
  • Shows patience, empathy, and a strong desire to positively impact the lives of children from a very young age.
  • Is committed to ongoing professional development, is eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive school community.

What We Offer

A highly supportive, committed, and collaborative staff team, passionate about inclusion and achievement for all.

Outstanding professional development opportunities.

A well-resourced, purpose-built learning environment within a progressive and nurturing school setting.
