We are looking for an experienced teacher who has consistently high expectations with proven leadership and management experience, to lead our 10 place Resource Provision for ASC and Social Communication Difficulties. Candidates must have the gift of inspiring children in their learning and should be innovative and creative, with the skills to plan, deliver, evaluate and asses a rich and varied curriculum which allows every child to fulfill their potential. We are seekinga teacher who is able todemonstrate a clear understanding of SEND, specifically ASC, with the drive to maintain exemplary standards and progress. Completion of the National Award for SEN coordinationwould be desirable. Candidates must be committed to contribute to the wider life of school, with willingness to lead a curriculum area across the school. As a Catholic school,a commitment to our school values is essential.
The school prioritises safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and will follow a stringent vetting and induction process.
