    Location: St Edward's Church of England (Voluntary Aided) Primary School
    Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
    Salary: APTC 3 Points 5–6 — £28,521–£28,929 (pro rata: £22,122–£22,437)
    Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8:30am – 3:30pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch)
    Start Date: September 2025
    Closing Date: Friday 11th July 2025, 12 noon
    Interviews: Week beginning Monday 14th July 2025

    About the Role

    We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our teamm initially working in a Key Stage 1 classroom. This is a permanent, term-time only position, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

    Essential Requirements:

    • A relevant Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a related field

    • Strong communication skills with both children and adults

    • Good literacy and numeracy skills

    • Ability to support children’s medical, emotional, physical, and behavioural needs

    Desirable:

    • Experience with Read Write Inc. Phonics (training can be provided)
