We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team at Litherland High School. Whilst experience is preferred what matters most to us is your commitment to supporting students and your eagerness to make a difference in their learning journey. The positions will be fixed term appointments, as it is subject to funding.
Normal working hours are usually 8:30 am until 3:30 pm term time, however if you feel are the right fit but need to discuss different working hours please still contact us as we can offer some flexibility within these times.
The work will involve supporting pupils in lessons, delivering literacy and/or numeracy units to small groups of pupils outside normal lesson times, and intervention and support in relation to students with special educational needs.
You will need to work well in a team, and be an enthusiastic and committed individual who has the highest expectations to ensure our students achieve great outcomes. You will be part of a successful and dynamic team. You must have an interest in working with students with special educational needs, and be willing to work with students either on a one to one basis or in a small group setting.
